By accessing and using the 78ph platform — whether through the website at 78ph.onl, the 78ph mobile app for Android or iOS, or any other channel provided by 78ph — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

These terms apply to all users of the platform, including registered account holders, players actively using the Game Lobby, and anyone browsing the site. If you are using 78ph on behalf of someone else, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these terms.

78ph reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be published on this page. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

• OTP and security: Sensitive account actions are protected by One-Time Password (OTP) verification. You must not share OTP codes with anyone.
• Unauthorized access: If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact 78ph support immediately at [email protected]. You are liable for any activity on your account prior to reporting a breach.
• Account transfer: You may not transfer, sell, or share your 78ph account with any other person under any circumstances.

All financial transactions on 78ph are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP ₱). The platform does not accept foreign currencies, and there are no currency conversion charges applied to Philippine Peso transactions.

• Accepted deposit methods: Deposits may be made through Philippine banking channels including InstaPay, PESONet, online banking, and local e-wallets where available. Specific channel availability is shown in your account's cashier section.
• Own account only: Deposits must come from a payment account registered in your own name that matches your verified 78ph account identity. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Withdrawal eligibility: Withdrawals are processed to Philippine bank accounts or e-wallets in your name after KYC verification is complete. Processing timelines vary by channel.
• Credit cards and crypto: Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit or wagering payment methods on 78ph.
• Minimum and maximum limits: Deposit and withdrawal limits apply. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account dashboard.

All games and betting activities on 78ph must be used for personal entertainment purposes only. Any attempt to manipulate, exploit, or abuse the platform or its games is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.

• No collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, casino games, or any other game type is prohibited.
• No automated play: The use of bots, scripts, automated betting software, or any tool that interacts with the platform without manual player input is prohibited.
• No technical exploitation: Attempting to exploit bugs, glitches, or technical errors in the platform to gain financial advantage is prohibited. Any gains from such exploitation may be reversed.
• Sports betting integrity: Placing bets on the basis of insider information or in coordination with match-fixing is a violation of these terms and may be reported to relevant authorities.

• Set limits: You are encouraged to set personal deposit and session limits within your account. Do not play with money you cannot afford to lose.
• Self-exclusion: Players who feel their gaming is becoming problematic can request a self-exclusion period through 78ph support. During self-exclusion, account access is restricted.
• No guaranteed returns: 78ph does not promise, imply, or suggest that players will win back any amount. All game outcomes involve inherent risk.

78ph may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, cashback arrangements, or other incentive programs. The availability, terms, eligibility requirements, and expiry of any specific promotion are governed by the terms published alongside that individual promotion.

• Eligibility: Promotions are available to eligible account holders as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Not all promotions are available to all accounts.

• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform

• Indirect or consequential losses of any kind related to your use of the platform
• Gaming losses resulting from your own decisions, strategy, or judgment

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from your use of 78ph that cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
